Giannone Poultry Inc. is a family owned and operated poultry slaughterhouse equipped with an ultra-modern air-chilling system that has revolutionized the traditional water-based approach to chilling chicken. They have an impressive client list that includes wholesalers, retailers, restaurants and hotels throughout eastern Canada and the United States.
Bruno is responsible for managing all major aspects of the facility as well as overseeing the daily operations. During his collegiate career, he earned an Accounting degree from McGill University in 1984. Mr. Giannone is a member of the Slaughterhouse Association of Quebec.
