Cardinham Estate is a family owned and operated business in the Clare Valley of South Australia that has been producing high quality wine for the past 30 years. The property consists of four separate vineyard sites totaling 160 acres of land. They produce wines made from 100% estate grown fruit, creating a mix of dry grown and mature vines dating back to 1860 capture the essence of the Clare Valley. Although they specialize in Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz, the
Cardinham Estate also produces a wide variety of other phenomenal flavors.
Their award winning wine portfolio, estate grown olives and olive oil, along a wide selection of seasonal homemade chutney, jams and sauces offer the ultimate tasting experience for guests of the winery. In 2009, Cardinham Estate was the recipient of the honor of Best Riesling in the World in the Canberra International Riesling Challenge.
Scott is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He has been involved in the family business since 1987, spending the past 24 plus years dedicated to the success of the company while gathering an extensive expertise in the production of fine wine.
