Sarah Aubuchon Honored by Cambridge Who's Who

Sarah Aubuchon graduated with a 4.0 from Assumption College Graduate program in Counseling Psychology, where she received a graduate fellowship and earned her Master's Degree

    ASHBURNHAM, MA, June 15, 2010 /Agriculture PR News/ -- Sarah Aubuchon, Agricultural Therapist for the Veteran Victory Farm, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in counseling psychology.

At the Victory Farm, Ms. Aubuchon is responsible for co-leading house meetings, overseeing greenhouse and farm operations and counseling Veterans. She supervises the care of farm animals, including ducks/chickens, pigs, cows, three rescued horses and a donkey, and two dogs. She attributes her success to her education and dedication.

In 2010, Ms. Aubuchon graduated with a 4.0 from Assumption College Graduate program in Counseling Psychology, where she received a graduate fellowship and earned her Master's Degree. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Mental Health Counselors. She supports charities such as Special Olympics, Heifer Project and Smile Train. In the future, she hopes to obtain certifications in PTSD/Trauma counseling and drug and alcohol counseling.

The Victory Farm is one of six supportive housing program sites available to Veterans through Veterans Homestead, Inc. The others include Veteran Hospice, Hero House, Armistice House, The Hacienda and the new Northeast Training and Rehabilitation Center.
