PAVA new grain crop enhances flour quality
Achinsk mill uses high-gluten grain of the new crop to produce flour with improved quality characteristics
BARNAUL, RUSSIA, December 26, 2009 /Agriculture PR News/ -- Russian agriprocessing company PAVA says this year the quality of the wheat grain grown in the Krasnoyarsk Territory reached an impeccably high level. This enabled exclusive opportunity for the Achinsk mill (located in the named region) to offer flour that has unique characteristics, outperforming the GOST quality standards.
PAVA production branch in the Krasnoyarsk Territory adheres to using the local raw materials, and its flour has gained stable popularity, especially in the Eastern regions of Russia.
This year, Achinsk mill manufactures flour naturally rich with gluten, which stands at 29-32%. Consequently, the baked goods obtain better shape, crumb resilience and sumptuous gold crust looks. Whiteness of the Achinsk flour exceeds that of the standard product further improving bakery appearance.
The crop gathered in the region is sufficient to ensure continuous feedstock supply to PAVA processing facilities. The company implements modern agronomic techniques in own farming business which is conducive to the productivity boost.
