Uzbek companies using Zhitnitsa flour from PAVA report on improved bakery output

According to PAVA partners from Uzbekistan, the amount of baked goods from "Zhitnitsa" flour surpasses the typical output

BARNAUL, RUSSIA, March 20, 2009 /Agriculture PR News/ -- Major Russian grain processor PAVA extended the range of goods offered to overseas partners, introducing Zhitnitsa - flour with enhanced content of nutrients. Among other innovative qualities is the opportunity to increase yield of bread which can reach up to 135% instead of the standard 115%, noted by Russian bakery plants.
Now, the company partners from Central Asian countries such as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan have remarked that there is significant improvement in the output of other baked products. In particular, they mention the quality of grinding which makes Zhitnitsa perfectly suitable for baking national pancakes. According to Uzbek partners, the amount of end-product surpasses the typical output, when traditional flour is used.
Other highlights include longer freshness of pancakes and bread, the exceptional feature enabled by unique combination of physico-chemical properties of the product. Plus, moisture absorption levels of Zhitnitsa neatly correspond to bakers' needs.
The growing number of signed international contracts testifies that the Altay grain processor keeps in line with present-day market trends. The company receives multiple positive feedback for the product samples, and develops co-operation with such countries as Afghanistan, Iran, Lebanon, Korea, Kenya and others.
